Imprint
First is the only mouldable, support
shoe developed specifically for the early, first aid treatment of laminitis.
It is the recommended shoe ideal for the initial stages of a laminitic
episode, where box rest is advised, as it provides immediate pain relief
whilst stabilising and inhibiting pedal bone descent via the unique ‘Frog
Cradle’.
The Imprint First shoe has been produced using an
enhanced formula of white polymers giving superior support and flexibility

Plus is the only mouldable, support
shoe developed specifically
for a wide range of hoof conditions where grip and wear on a variety of
surfaces is essential:
Broken, cracked or compromised hooves
Bruised, dropped or sore soles
Laminitis – during the recovery stage when gentle
exercise is re-introduced
Pedal bone fractures
Foot re-balancing
The Imprint Plus shoe has been produced using an
improved formula of graphite coloured polymers. The shoe continues to give
superior support via the unique ‘Frog Cradle‘ but with extra grip and wear
qualities. Imprint Plus shoes are also ideal for stock being turned out
together, eliminating the risk of injury associated with metal shoes.

Aid Kit for Laminitis
Laminitis
is a highly traumatic and painful condition that requires immediate first
aid treatment provided by a veterinary surgeon and farrier. Imprint Equine
Foot Care recognise the urgency of treating this condition and have now
added the Imprint First Aid Kit for Laminitis which contains all the
necessary items and accessories required for an
emergency, one visit treatment. The kit includes Imprint First, the only
mouldable, support shoe developed specifically for the early, first aid
treatment of laminitis.
It is the

Imprint Plus is the only mouldable, support shoe developed specifically for

extra grip and wear qualities. The shoe is softened in hot water, and when
ready, is moulded and glued using Imprint Structural Adhesive onto the
dressed hoof. The shoes are
designed for one shoeing cycle, at which point they are rasped off and new
shoes fitted as required. Imprint Plus shoes are also ideal for stock being
turned out together,
eliminating the risk of injury associated with metal shoes. |

Imprint Foal Foot Care Kit
Imprint
Foal is a mouldable, support shoe, designed specifically to accommodate the
delicate, developing foal foot. It can be easily adapted, using Imprint
Hoof Repair granules, to create extensions and graduations that assist in the correction
of limb and foot deformities.
The Imprint Foal shoe has been produced using a formula of white polymers
giving superior support and flexibility benefits. The shoe is prepared by
placing the cold shoe in boiling water, which when ready, is moulded and
glued using Imprint Structural Adhesive onto the dressed hoof. The shoe has
the added advantage of becoming translucent when heated
and ready for use, making it easier for perfect placement and moulding on to
the hoof.

Imprint Hoof Repair Kit
The Imprint
Hoof Repair Kit contains everything needed to repair a compromised or
cracked hoof. The kit includes Imprint Hoof
Repair granules, a highly versatile, fully
mouldable, structural formula that has the texture, strength and flexibility
of natural hoof wall. It cures quickly, is effective in wet conditions, and
when used with Imprint Structural Adhesive, forms a powerful bond with hoof
wall which can be nailed into, rasped and will stay in place as hoof growth
occurs. |
